BATHTUBS AND SHOWERS – 2 YEAR SURFACE WARRANTY

Safety Seal Products Corp guarantees the above treated area to remain friction/effective for the duration of the warranty period as stated above. In the event the treated area (or any part thereof) should lose its effectiveness (as compared to the date of application) during the term of this warranty, the treated area or any portion thereof will be retreated at no additional charge to the customer if installed buy the company or it’s agent or representative. If the customer installed Grip On^® Anti-Slip Solution themselves, the company will send additional material to the customer at no cost excluding shipping.

This warranty is contingent on the fact the treated area will continue to be used in the same manner and for the same purpose as the date of application, and will be cleaned and maintained during the term of the warranty period. Safety Seal Products Corp cannot be responsible for the degree of co-efficiency of friction from the use of it's product, as herein stated, if treated area(s) are covered by foreign substances, (i.e. wax, paint, caked in dirt, etc).

This warranty is in lieu of any and all other warranties, expressed or implied. Including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose. Customer acknowledges that no other representations have been made to him/her or relied upon by him/her with respect to the quality and function of Grip On^® ANTI-SLIP SOLUTION.

GRIP ON^® ANTI-SLIP SOLUTION helps to reduce the risk of slip/fall accidents, but Safety Seal Products Corp its' agents and representatives do not warrant or guarantee to the customer, or any other person or party, against the Occurrence of slip/falls, or other accidents, personal injury, or property damage of any nature. Accidents and falls may occur on treated areas, notwithstanding its treatment with Grip On^® ANTI-SLIP SOLUTION and customer AGREES to indemnify and hold harmless Advanced Floor Care Products its' agents and representatives, free and harmless from any damages, claims, demands or causes of action arising in connection with or brought by anyone allegedly slipping, falling, tripping, or stumbling on treated area.
